Underwriting Director
With over 11 years of underwriting experience, Michael has led UK and European Title teams, focusing on Environmental, M&A, Rights of Light and Title insurance. He holds an LLB in law & languages, has lived and worked in Germany, and won a DAAD scholarship at Norton Rose Fulbright in Frankfurt. Outside work he enjoys travel, languages, the gym and dancing in an LGBTQ+ dance group.

With 10 years’ experience in Rights of Light and Title markets, Jordan has managed a large UK Title book, holds a Diploma in Insurance and a degree in business management, and is known for strong market relationships. He is an advocate for diversity & inclusion, working with charities on LGBTQ+ rights and social mobility.

Tasha studied economics and geography at the University of Leeds before entering underwriting. She has 4 years’ experience in Title and Rights of Light, valued for her sharp intellect and vibrant personality. She loves travel, fitness, and quality time with family and friends.

Siobhan holds a law degree plus a distinction in her LPC and Master’s in Legal Practice. After legal-aid housing work she moved to insurance, quickly earning her Cert CII. Her strong legal background boosts underwriting standards in Rights of Light and Title. She’s an avid quizzer and house-plant enthusiast.

Michael has 6 years in insurance, starting in European renewable energy before moving into Rights of Light and Title. Holding a BSc (Hons) in Psychology plus Cert CII, he’s known for dedication and detail. He volunteers with vulnerable groups and enjoys football and fitness.

Dean has over 20 years’ experience in the legal indemnity space – having previously been an Executive Director and Underwriting Director within the market. His experience spans the UK Title, Judicial Review and Rights of Light products, as well as European and contingent risks. He has a wealth of experience in tracking underwriting performance. In his spare time, Dean loves to golf and spend time with his family (not in that order).
